Platform: ISO 27001 certification achieved

Your organization trusts Procurios with sensitive data from your members, donors, and other stakeholders. That's why it's important that information security isn't just well-organized, but also continuously improved and tested against international standards.
Procurios has achieved ISO 27001 certification. This certification demonstrates that information security at Procurios is structurally embedded – not as a one-time project, but as an ongoing process. From how your data is handled to how systems are secured: everything has been tested against the international standard.

For your organization, this means that the data of your members, donors, and stakeholders is managed according to a controlled and certified security system. The certificate can be downloaded via My Procurios.

The certification isn't an endpoint: through annual audits, the information security management system continues to develop and meet the highest standards.

API: control whether an application requires permission

Your organization may use other applications alongside the Procurios Platform that members or staff need to log in to. Think of an e-learning environment or a external community. Through an OAuth2 integration, you can arrange for users to access all these applications with a single account. When such an application belongs to an independent external party, you want users to explicitly grant permission to share their account data. But if the third party is your supplier acting on your instruction, that permission prompt is unnecessary and only creates friction.

From now on, you can configure per integration whether the permission prompt is shown. In the settings of the relevant OAuth2 application, you'll find a new option for this. Disable the permission prompt for applications you manage yourself, so that users get direct access without an unnecessary step.

The Outlook Add-in also no longer asks for permission.

Finance: payment reference included in Peppol invoices

When importing bank transactions, payments with a correct invoice number and the right amount are automatically matched to the corresponding invoice. In Belgium, it is also common to use a payment reference, known as a structured communication. This is a unique reference that also enables automatic matching. You can enable the payment reference in your administration settings and display it via the PDF template and email template of your invoices.

However, when sending invoices via Peppol, the payment reference was not yet included. The recipient therefore did not have the correct reference to include with their payment.

From now on, the payment reference is automatically included in the Peppol invoice. Your debtor receives the correct reference right away, so the incoming transaction is matched automatically.

API: extra data for Uit in Vlaanderen

For visitors of outings it is of course useful to see how good your Dutch needs to be to enjoy the outing. That is why we can now send language-language icons with meetings for Uit in Vlaanderen.
In addition, it is now possible to choose specific labels to send with Uit in Vlaanderen.

CMS: automatically scale images in RSS feeds to a maximum size

Does your RSS feed contain an image from the Library that is actually too large? You can now easily set the maximum size. This prevents images from being displayed too large in external applications.

In the feed settings, specify a maximum width and/or height (for example 1920x1080 pixels). Images that are larger are automatically scaled back. Smaller images simply remain as they are. If you leave the fields empty, all images are still displayed in their original size.

Finance: invoice address immediately visible when selecting a debtor

When creating an invoice, you can now immediately see the invoice address of the debtor to be selected. This way, you know immediately whether the correct data is used - without additional clicking or checking.

Meetings & Events: adjusted meeting details page

If you have registered for a meeting, you will of course want to see relevant information about your registration. In the sidebar of the meeting details page, registered participants saw a button 'Cancel registration'. Now that there are more options for changes, this button has been replaced by 'View registration'. In addition, we have improved a number of texts. For example, the button 'Yes, I want to register myself' has now been changed to 'Register'.

Meetings & Events: debtor now visible in the list of registrations

Do you want to see directly which registrations are paid by yourself and which by someone else? In the list of registrations for a meeting, you can now also see a column with the debtor. This way, you have more information about the registrations and a heads-up about who you are going to invoice.

Meetings & Events: changes and cancellations for group registrations

For your events, groups sometimes register together. For each participant of the meeting, the registrant indicates which program components the participant wants to follow and/or whether there are any dietary requirements, for example. It often happens that one of the participants wants to change a program activity later or that dietary preferences are only passed on later. Until now, you had to solve this manually for group registrations.

From now on, registrants can manage their group registrations themselves, just like with individual registrations. As a registrant, they can make adjustments to the selected activities and additional data per participant. They can also cancel individual participants or withdraw the entire group registration at once.

These options also work when the group is on the reserve list. All functionalities for registering groups are now fully aligned with individual registrations. Only the original registrant can make these changes.

Platform: easier sharing of blogs and meetings

You've just written an inspiring blog post about your latest action or organized an interesting meeting. Now you want as many people as possible to hear about it via social media. With the share buttons under blogs and meetings, you can share pages directly on different platforms.

BlueSky has now been added to the available social media platforms, so that you can also reach this growing network. In addition, a new option 'Copy link' has been added. This function automatically copies a neat, clean URL to your clipboard without extra parameters such as utm codes. This way, your visitors can easily paste the link into messages, emails or conversations without having to manually go to the address bar of their browser.

Finally, the 'New configuration' button has been renamed to 'Create new set' for more clarity.

Platform: faster and easier label selection

Selecting labels is now much smoother. The label selector has been visually improved and is more in line with the rest of the form. Keyboard navigation also works as expected – handy for those who like to work quickly with Tab and arrow keys or even depend on them.

Platform: improved accessibility by removing accesskeys

When managing your platform, various employees work with their own tools. Some use screen readers or other accessibility tools. Until now, the Procurios Platform also had special shortcuts (such as 'Control' + 'Option' + 'O' for saving). However, these keys could cause problems with your employees' tools.

To ensure that the platform works well for everyone, these shortcuts have been removed. This allows all employees to use the platform without any problems, regardless of the tools they need.

API: end date and pagination for donations and pledges

Too many results per page or too few? From now on you can set how many results you want per page when collecting donations and pledges via API. In addition, you can now request the end date of pledges, so you can create an even better overview.

API: generated properties

If you use our API, you could already determine which relation fields from the CRM you wanted to use. From now on, you can also use generated properties. This way, you can request an even better picture of your relations via API.

CMS: notifications for new blog post

Do you want to notify your readers of a new blog post, instead of having to wait until they happen to visit your blog? This is now possible. In the settings of your blog, you can indicate that a message should be sent when a new blog post is published. At the moment, this is only possible for users who can log in. It does require some setup, so discuss this with your consultant if you want to use this feature.

CMS: renewed layout of page edits

Did you find it difficult to figure out whether to change a page setting under 'extended' or 'advanced'? Us too. That's why we've now adjusted these tabs to be more logical and clear. It might take some getting used to for experienced users, but we hope that you can find what you're looking for faster and easier.

CMS: references to Universal Analytics removed

Google has switched from Universal Analytics (UA) to Google Analytics 4 a few years ago. UA was already broken, but there were still places where you could set something for UA. These have now been removed as well, and with that we have finally said goodbye to UA.

E-Commerce: more tokens in confirmation emails

Do you want to mention only the country or only the city in a confirmation email to the customer or supplier? This is now possible. The confirmation emails previously contained tokens for entire addresses, but these have now also been split up, so that you can make the emails even more personal.

Library: alt texts can now be used consistently

Wouldn't you also like things in the real world to show such an explanation text when you look at them? Unfortunately, that is not yet possible, but you can now consistently provide your images with such an alt text. This is not only nice for your visitors, but it is also mandatory, to ensure that people with a disability can also use your website properly. In the Library, the alt text is now simply called 'Description / Alt text'. We are still working on implementing these changes in all places on the platform, but you can now add all your alt texts in the places where you want them.
