When managing a community channel, important messages can quickly get buried as new content pushes them down the timeline. You know certain posts deserve ongoing attention, whether that's an announcement, frequently needed information, or a temporary notice.

The option to highlight a post already existed, but highlighted posts still scroll down with the timeline. From now on, you can also pin a post to the top of a channel. A pinned post stays at the top of the channel at all times, regardless of how old it is or which page a visitor is on.

The pinned post also stays in its original place in the timeline. This means the pinned post and the first post in the timeline may sometimes be the same one. Keep that in mind when deciding which post to pin.

Both Community Managers and Moderators can pin posts using the dropdown menu at the top right of a post. To unpin a post, use the same dropdown menu.

A few things to know: the pinned post is only visible at the top of the channel itself, not on the community's home page. To draw extra attention to a post on the home page, use 'Highlight this post' instead.

Finance: payment references per administration

When managing payments, you use payment references to link transactions to invoices or subscriptions. If your organization works with multiple administrations, anyone with access to the Payment References module used to see all references from all administrations at once. To prevent staff from seeing data that wasn't intended for them, the entire module was sometimes restricted altogether. That was an unwieldy workaround.

From now on, the overview includes an 'Administration' column, making it immediately clear which administration each reference belongs to. In addition, a user only sees the payment references from the administrations they have access to, the same ones as in Invoicing. This means you can simply grant staff access to the module without them seeing references from other administrations.

Existing payment references have been automatically linked to the correct administration, based on the invoice, subscription or fund they were connected to.

Finance: QR code payment link on the invoice

When managing your invoicing, you want your relations to be able to pay as easily as possible. If you send invoices by email, you can already include a payment link in the email that takes your relation straight to the payment page. But for relations who receive their invoice by mail, there was no similar solution. They still had to enter the payment details manually.

From now on, you can add a QR code with the payment link directly to the invoice. Your relation scans the code with their smartphone and lands straight on the online payment page. This makes fast and easy payment available for those who receive their invoice on paper as well.

You set this up in the PDF template of the invoice. Check 'QR-code' in the section Payment details on invoice to add the QR code. The QR code automatically appears on invoices where your relation needs to pay manually. It does not appear on invoices that are collected via direct debit.

Please note: this feature is only available if the online invoice payment module is activated and 'Enable payments' is checked in the administration settings.
Your website contains various blogs and events, each with their own labels. But sometimes you want to show not only the labels of a specific post or event, but also the labels that belong to the category it's part of. Think of a blog about a particular theme or a series of events within a program line.

In the settings of articles of the type 'Weblog post overview', 'Weblog post detail page', 'Events overview', and 'Event detail page', you can now check 'Show label categories'. This displays the labels of the associated categories alongside the labels of the post or event itself. You'll only see categories that belong to the weblogs or events you've selected at the top.

This functionality is available for websites using the Sapphire template. Want this in a custom template as well? Contact your account manager to discuss the options.

Communities: email notifications now fully user-controlled

Your organization has a community where members connect through various channels. Users could already turn their email notifications on or off per channel by following or unfollowing a channel. However, there was also a setting in the admin environment to disable notifications entirely. This caused confusion: users thought they were adjusting their preferences, but noticed no difference when the backend setting was turned off.

From now on, control over email notifications lies entirely with the users themselves. The admin option to disable notifications has been removed. Users decide for themselves whether they want to receive notifications by following or unfollowing a channel. This makes the behavior predictable and transparent.

CRM: process new registrations in bulk

When someone registers through your platform, they receive an activation email to confirm their registration. Usually this runs automatically and you don't need to do anything. Registrations that aren't activated disappear automatically after a set period.

Sometimes you want to intervene manually. For example, when someone registered with a typo in their email address. Instead of having the user fill in everything again, you can correct the email address and activate the registration yourself. Or you want to process multiple registrations at once during a campaign.

From now on, you can select multiple registrations in 'Profile & registration' and activate or delete them all at once. Filter the list to find specific registrations and process them with a single action.

Additionally, the screen has become more organized with two separate tabs: 'To review' for registrations and profile changes that need approval, and 'Waiting for activation' for registrations where the user still needs to confirm. Behind each tab, you can immediately see how many items are waiting.

CRM: split selections for targeted campaigns

Your organization wants to send a newsletter to a large group of relations, but you're curious which version performs better. Should you use the catchy subject line or the informative one? And which call-to-action works best? To test this without emailing your entire database at once, you can now split selections.

With this new feature, you divide an existing selection into two to five smaller groups. You determine the percentage per group yourself - the final selection automatically contains the remainder. Relations are distributed randomly, giving you a representative sample from your original selection.

In practice, this works as follows: you have a selection of 10,000 newsletter recipients. You split it into three groups: 10% receives variant A, 10% receives variant B, and 80% waits. After a few days, you analyze which variant yields the best results. You then send that version to the remaining 80%.

The split selections remain linked to the original selection. After completing your test, you can clean up the temporary selections. Start with the remainder, as it's based on the other selections.

Read more in our helpcenter

Meetings & Events: participant numbers at a glance with refreshed program overview

You're organizing an event and want to quickly know how things are going: how many registrations are there, which activities are filling up, and where is there still room? Until now, you had to look in different places to get this complete picture.

From now on, you'll see the key numbers right where you need them. The header of your event now shows the number of participants alongside the date (and the maximum, if set). For tickets, you can see how many have been sold. And in the program overview, you'll see the number of registered participants and the maximum per activity.

The program overview has also received a fresh update. You can immediately see which speaker is linked to an activity. The numbers get a color when an activity is almost (90%) or completely full. Less relevant actions are now tucked under the three dots, giving the important information more space. And do you have an extensive program with many parallel activities? The page now scrolls horizontally, so everything remains readable.

Note: For some older events, the new number in the header may differ from the count in the participants overview. This is because relations may have been deleted or archived in the past. The number in the header is the actual count used to check whether an event is full.

Meetings & Events: more personalization options in emails

When sending emails about meetings and events, you want to address participants as personally as possible. Using only a first name isn't always appropriate, for example in formal communication. And sometimes it's relevant to mention which organization a participant belongs to.

That's why two new field codes have been added for emails within Meetings & Events. The full name field code allows you to address participants more formally when appropriate. The participant's organization field code makes it possible to reference the company or institution where someone works in your email.

Meetings & Events: personalized URLs for materials and participant list

You're organizing an event where participants need access to materials or the participant list. These sections are only visible to logged-in users.

From now on, you can include <dfn data-glossary-id="1" data-term-id="personalized-urls" class="c-term">personalized URLs</dfn> to the 'Materials' and 'Participants' sections in your emails. These links contain a unique token that gives the recipient direct access, without an account or logging in. This works just like links for modifying or canceling a registration. Using the same link, the participant can also navigate to their own registration.

Meetings & Events: prevent accidental emails when duplicating events

Your organization regularly hosts similar events. To save time, you copy a previous event or use a template. This is convenient because it includes all associated emails. But what if the scheduled send time for those emails suddenly falls in the past after copying? They would be sent immediately, even though you might still want to adjust the content.

From now on, emails are automatically deactivated when the calculated send time falls before tomorrow. You'll receive a notification and be directed to the emails page, so you can review the settings before anything is sent. This prevents relations from accidentally receiving emails with incorrect information or dates.

This applies when copying an event or creating a new event based on a template. When creating or copying templates themselves, this doesn't apply since no specific dates are involved.

Your organization has set up a community to connect members or donors with each other. But how do you keep track of who's active, who hasn't visited in months, and who might need a little nudge? Until now, it was difficult to get these insights from the CRM.

Starting with this release, you can use expanded filter options for communities in the CRM. These let you search for relations based on their community activity:

Access: find out who has access to a community or specific channel. Useful for reports and setting journey criteria, without having to manually check the underlying relation lists.

Posts and reactions: find relations who have posted a message or reaction, optionally filtered by community, channel, or time period.

Moderator: search for who is a moderator in a community or channel.

Followers: discover who follows a channel or person, and whether they receive notifications.

A powerful application is the combination with Marketing Automation. Set up a journey that automatically reminds community users after a period of inactivity about the value of their contribution. This way, you keep your community lively without having to manually monitor everyone.

CRM: more reliable invitation for new users

You want to give a new employee, volunteer, or board member access to the platform. Through 'Create user' you send an invitation email with a personal link that allows the recipient to log in directly. Unfortunately, this link didn't always work as expected: sometimes the recipient ended up on a login screen without further instructions, or the link only worked once.

The invitation link has now been made more reliable. The link remains valid for two weeks and can be used multiple times. Additionally, when creating a user, you now receive an immediate notification if the selected website has a login restriction. This prevents someone from receiving an invitation for a website they don't have access rights to.

CRM: prevent unintended newsletter unsubscriptions during automatic deduplication

Sometimes a relation registers again with your organization - for example for an event or a new campaign - while a relation card for this person already exists. Thanks to automatic deduplication, this is neatly merged into one relation card. However, this process can lead to an unwanted problem with newsletter preferences.

Imagine: someone is already receiving your newsletter. When filling in a new form, they see the question 'Do you want to receive our newsletter?' and think: 'I already receive that, so I can skip this checkbox.' They leave the checkbox empty. During deduplication, a conflict now arises: the existing relation card has the checkbox ticked, the new one has it unticked. Which value should be retained? Until now, this could lead to unintended unsubscriptions from the newsletter.

From now on, you have full control over this. When setting up automatic deduplication, you can now choose from three options for checkbox fields (such as newsletter preferences):

Use the newest or oldest relation (as before)

'Keep checked' - in case of a conflict, the checkbox will always be ticked
'Keep unchecked' - in case of a conflict, the checkbox will always be unticked

By choosing 'Keep checked' for your newsletter preference, you prevent relations from being unintentionally unsubscribed when they fill in a new form and skip the checkbox. This way you retain your newsletter subscribers and prevent missed communication.

CRM: quickly search on properties like 'member' or 'donor'

Whether someone is a member of your association often depends on multiple criteria. Perhaps they need one of four specific subscription types, OR the 'honorary member' checkbox needs to be ticked, OR they're connected through a role to an employer that pays membership for all employees. Each organisation has its own rules for this.

Until now, you had to rebuild all these criteria in every search query. And on the relation card, you had to check multiple fields each time to see if someone met the definition. Time-consuming and error-prone, especially with complex definitions. From now on, you can use <dfn data-glossary-id="1" data-term-id="generated-properties" class="c-term">generated properties</dfn>. You configure once what 'being a member' means for your organisation, and the platform automatically checks for each relation whether they meet these criteria.

Visible on relation cards

Add the property as a field on the relation card. Instead of checking three different places, you immediately see one clear checkbox: is this person a member, yes or no.

Add it to relation lists

You can also add the property as a column in relation lists. This lets you see at a glance whether all relations are active donors, members, or meet any other property. No need to open individual relation cards to check.

Filter directly

What's new is that you can also filter on generated properties. No more complicated filters with ten criteria - just filter on 'is member'. You activate this per relation view under 'Fields from other modules'.

This saves time when building relation lists and ensures everyone in your organisation uses the same definition. No more discussions about who counts as a member.

CMS: randomly sort relation lists on your website

Your website displays an overview of affiliated companies, board members, or ambassadors. By default, these lists are sorted alphabetically. This means organizations with names starting with A always appear at the top, while names beginning with R don't show up until page two. Not exactly fair when you consider that the top positions receive much more attention.

From now on, you can also have relation lists sorted randomly. You choose whether the order changes with each page view, or whether the random order is fixed per day. This way, everyone in your network gets a fair chance at visibility.

This option was already available in the older 'Relation overview (HTML)' article type. Now you can also use random sorting in the newer options: 'Relation overview (website template)' and 'Relation overview (content templates)'.

Finance: choice between letterhead or blank paper for invoice reminders

Your organization sends invoice reminders by post and prints them yourself. For invoices, you could already choose whether to print on letterhead or blank paper. This option was missing for reminders, giving you less flexibility in your printing process.

From now on, you can choose which type of paper to print on when downloading reminders. The choice depends on the settings of the linked invoice template. When downloading multiple reminders at once that use different templates, you can specify per template whether to print on letterhead or blank paper. You can also choose to print everything on blank paper.

Finance: clearer invoice template editing

When managing your invoicing, you want invoice templates to look exactly the way your organization envisions them. With the recently added formatting options for invoice templates, however, the editing form grew considerably. This meant you had to scroll a lot to see the effect of your changes.

From now on, the editing form for invoice templates has been reorganized. Content and layout are better separated, and the preview remains visible while you edit. This way you can immediately see the result of your changes, without scrolling back and forth.

Finance: processing uncollectible invoices

Sometimes your organization faces invoices that will never be paid. Think of a company going bankrupt or an invoice that is more than a year past its due date. The invoice has already been sent, obligations have been made, and VAT has been remitted. Properly processing this situation in your accounting used to be a manual and error-prone process.

From now on, you can mark an invoice as 'uncollectible'. This is only allowed when:

the invoice is at least one year past its due date, or

the recipient has gone bankrupt

Once you mark an invoice as uncollectible, the invoice disappears from open invoices. The invoice can now be found in the new 'Uncollectible invoices' tab. The outstanding amount is set to zero. A negative amount appears in the journal report. Note: this action cannot be undone. The processing takes into account the laws and regulations of the country set in your administration. For Belgian administrations, you need to set up a general ledger account for uncollectible invoices (doubtful debtors).

This feature must be activated per administration in the settings. Also verify that the correct country is set in your administration. Consult your accountant about using this functionality.

Important: declaring an invoice uncollectible is subject to laws and regulations. Do not use this feature to remove invoices you suspect won't be paid, or for incorrectly created invoices. Use a credit invoice for those situations.

Finance: use your own references in Peppol invoices

Update January 20, 2026: This change has been reverted. The previous behavior has been restored.

Meetings & Events: emails and schedule easier to find

When organizing events, it's important that participants receive the correct information. Yet it can happen that an email is accidentally sent with outdated details, for example because the email still contained information from a previous event. This causes confusion among your participants.

To prevent this, important settings for your event are now easier to find. The 'Schedule' and 'E-mails' tabs were previously somewhat hidden under 'Settings', but now have their own place in the menu. This gives you quicker access to these fundamental parts of your event.

Are you copying an existing event as a basis for a new one? A notification now appears when you copy the emails as well. This reminder prompts you to review and update the email texts for the new event.

Meetings & Events/CMS: display multiple departments in event overviews

Your organization works with local departments that each organize their own events. On a regional or provincial website, you want to display all events from the underlying departments in one overview. Until now, you could only show activities from one specific department in the event overview.

From now on, you can select multiple departments in the event overview. This way, you can show all events from the departments within a province on your provincial website, for example.

Additionally, you can now choose to display the organizing department to visitors. This works both in the overview and on the event detail page. This option is immediately available in Sapphire templates. Using a different template? Your web administrator can implement this.

Meetings & Events: personal activity list in emails and proof of presence

At your events, participants can register for specific activities within the programme. Think of choosing a workshop during a workshop round or selecting a session when multiple options take place simultaneously. You want to send them a confirmation email clearly stating which activities they have chosen. When issuing certificates of attendance afterwards, it's also useful to mention which components someone participated in.

From now on, you can use a field code that automatically generates a personal list of all activities a participant is attending – including activities that required registration. This way, each participant immediately receives a clear and personal programme overview in confirmation emails, reminder emails and certificates of attendance.

Meetings & Events: set ticket availability down to the minute

Sometimes you want an early bird discount to end at exactly 12:00 PM, or tickets for an exclusive presale to become available at 10:00 AM. For 'Available from' and 'Available until', you can now set a specific time in addition to the date.

Meetings & Events: work faster with tickets thanks to copying and searching

When organizing events with multiple ticket types, managing them can be time-consuming. Especially when you have tickets with similar settings, or when you need to search through a long list of ticket types.

You can now copy tickets, making it faster to create new ticket types with similar settings. A search field has also been added so you can quickly find the right ticket. The ticket overview now displays extra information per ticket type as well: availability, whether there's a target audience restriction, and the number of tickets configured.

If you've only set up tickets with a restriction (for example, only available with a ticket code or for a specific target audience), a notification will appear. By always adding at least one ticket that's visible to everyone, you prevent non-logged-in visitors from getting the impression that no tickets are available.

Platform: additional options easier to find

Your organization works in the platform every day. In many places, additional actions are available, but these were only visible by right-clicking. Think of setting a focus point for an image in Library, editing a field in a CRM form, or adjusting a page in the CMS. Useful for those who know, but difficult to discover for new colleagues.

From now on, a button with three dots ('...') appears in all these places when you hover over an item. Click on it and you see all available actions for that item. Right-clicking still works as you are used to, but the dots make it clear to everyone that more options are available.

This makes it much easier to help new staff members find their way around the platform.

Platform: quickly navigate to linked items

When managing meetings, forms, or documents in the platform, you often encounter linked items. A form configured for a meeting, an image from the Library, or a relation list selected somewhere. But where can you find that item when you want to view or edit it?

From now on, a convenient navigation icon appears in more and more selection fields. When you hover over a selected item, you'll see a button that takes you directly to that item. For dropdown lists, the icon appears next to the field and opens the current selection. For 'Select/change…' buttons with multiple items, you can click through to each item individually.

You have an overview on your website of, for example, staff members, board members or working group members. You want (logged-in) visitors to be able to contact these people, for example to ask a question or request more information. For this, you can share contact details such as an email address or phone number. However, if you also have an online community from Procurios, it would be even better if contact takes place via the one-on-one conversations available there. This way, communication runs through your channels and you increase engagement in the online community.

From now on, you can directly link to community profile pages in relation lists on your website (based on content templates). This allows visitors to click through to the profile of the relevant person, where they can find the appropriate contact options through the community. This gives you more control over how contact details are shared and makes it easier for visitors to reach the right person.

This functionality is particularly useful for websites using our website template Sapphire. Interested in getting started? Contact our consultants - they can install the required module for you.

CRM: deduplicate based on IBAN

Your organisation regularly receives one-off donations via your website or imports relation data from other systems. This can result in the same person appearing multiple times in your CRM – for example, because someone fills in slightly different details with each donation, or because names are written differently in import files. This leads to duplicate relations in your CRM, cluttering your overviews and meaning that contact moments and donations are scattered across multiple cards.

From now on, you can also deduplicate based on IBAN numbers. When you run the deduplication process, the system not only compares names and email addresses, but also bank account numbers. Relations that use the same IBAN can now be directly merged. This saves manual searching and ensures a more reliable member database.

Please note: if a relation has multiple IBANs registered (for example, one for donations and one for payments of products/subscriptions), these are not compared with each other.

CRM: overview of deprecated filters

In the past, you may have created lists, views or selections using search filters that have since been replaced by better alternatives. Think, for example, of the old way of searching for cumulative donations. These old filters will continue to work for now, but will eventually be phased out. The problem: you often no longer know exactly where you've used these deprecated filters.

From now on, you'll get a clear overview of this. When you use deprecated filters in your views, lists or selections, you'll receive a notification in the issue center. A handy button takes you directly to an overview of all elements where these filters are active. This makes it easy to replace them with the new filters before the old ones disappear permanently.

Additionally, when creating new searches, you'll see which filters are marked as 'deprecated' - you can no longer select these. Deprecated filters are also automatically removed from your quick searches.

The old filters will continue to work until they are completely phased out, so your platform won't suddenly stop working. However, it's wise to replace them in time to avoid surprises later. Need help? Our consultants are happy to assist you.

CRM: reliable phone numbers through validation

You call a member to share important information, but the number doesn't work. Or you want to send SMS notifications, but you're unsure whether the numbers in your system are correct. Incorrect phone numbers in your member database can lead to frustrating situations and unnecessary administrative work.

From now on, phone numbers are better validated when entering them. You'll see a field with a country selector and a separate field for the phone number in many places throughout the platform. The system automatically checks whether the number is correct for the selected country. This prevents incorrect numbers from entering your system.

No worries about existing data

Your current member database may contain phone numbers that are no longer correct. To prevent you from being unable to save relations due to old, incorrect numbers, a fallback option is in place. For relations with an incorrect phone number, the old field remains visible, allowing you to save and edit the relation normally. Adjust the phone number to a correct one or clear the field, and it will automatically be replaced by the new field with validation.

Uniform display

Phone numbers are now displayed in a standard international format, such as '+31 6 12345678'. Existing numbers that match this format will also automatically be displayed this way.

Customized country selection

The list of countries you can choose from when entering a phone number is based on the active countries in your organization's Procurios Platform. You can configure this via Platform > Languages & Countries.

CRM: reminder for incomplete registrations

At your organisation, new relations can register via a registration form on the website. After completing their details, they receive an email with an activation link to confirm their email address. However, not everyone clicks that link immediately – some simply forget or can't find the email straight away. The result? An incomplete registration and potentially a missed relation for your organisation.

Thanks to a request from the Procurios User Group, you can now set up an automatic reminder email for this situation. When someone starts their registration but doesn't click the activation link, they'll receive a friendly reminder after a period you specify. This increases the chance that registrations will be completed successfully after all.

You decide the content of the email yourself and after how many hours the reminder is sent. You'll find these settings among the other message settings of the registration form.

Finance: clearer process for crediting invoices

A member cancels their registration for an activity for which an invoice has already been sent. Or you notice an error in a sent invoice - an incorrect amount or a product that should not have been invoiced. In such situations, you want to quickly and accurately create a credit note that is directly offset against the original invoice.

Until now, when creating a credit note, you were always first directed to an overview where you could make changes to the order lines. This sometimes caused visual confusion due to rounding differences, and in some cases actual errors with differences in amounts occurred.

The process is now divided into clear steps. You first choose what you want to do. When you view an invoice and then click 'Credit', a dialogue window appears in which you first explicitly choose what you want to do:

'Create credit note' (when the invoice has already been paid) or 'Pay invoice with credit note' (for an unpaid invoice) - when you want to credit the complete invoice and offset it directly

'Create credit note order' - when you only want to credit part of the invoice or combine multiple orders

Only after making this choice do you fill in the required information. When creating a credit note, it is created directly based on the original invoice. Only when you choose to create a credit note order can you still make adjustments to the order lines.

Credit webshop orders too

This change also solves a problem when crediting invoices resulting from webshop orders (E-Commerce). Normally, you cannot select webshop products as a product for an invoice line. When creating a credit note order for a webshop order, the webshop products from the original order are now available in the product list.

Finance: exporting invoice lines

You want insight into which products or services are purchased most frequently, or you need to maintain detailed administration where you want to report per invoice line. Until now, you could only export complete invoices, but not the underlying lines with their specific details.

From now on, it's possible to create an export of invoice lines. Instead of one line per invoice, you now receive an export file with all relevant data per invoice line. This allows you to easily analyse which products are sold most often, for example, or create reports for your accounting at the level of individual invoice lines.

Per invoice line, you'll find the following information in the export: Quantity, Product name, Price excl. VAT, VAT amount, VAT percentage, Price incl. VAT, Ledger account, VAT ledger account, VAT accounting code.

Additionally, each line naturally also contains the general invoice data, so you know exactly which invoice (and therefore which relation) the invoice line belongs to.

Finance: more flexible invoice layout

Your organisation sends invoices to companies, sponsors or event participants. The standard layout of these invoices doesn't always match your corporate identity or your clients' expectations. Some organisations prefer to show the invoice lines first before the general explanation, or to position the logo on the right instead of the left.

From now on, you can customise the layout of invoice PDF templates with two new settings:

Repositioning invoice text

The general invoice text appears above the invoice lines by default. You can now choose to place this text below the invoice lines. Any additional remarks for specific invoices will always remain directly below the invoice lines.

Logo positioning

The logo appears on the left side of the invoice PDF by default. You can now also place the logo on the right side. Please note: if you've already filled in 'dimensions' and 'padding' in the template, check that the result still meets your requirements after changing the position.

This allows you to better align invoices with your corporate identity and the expectations of those you invoice.

Meetings & Events: set columns in meeting templates

Your organisation works with templates to set up meetings efficiently. For each type of event you want to see different participant information: at business network events the organisation of participants is important to display, whilst for courses on a personal basis dietary requirements and background information are more relevant. Until now, you could only set columns in the participants overview after there were participants - which made preparing templates for colleagues difficult.

Prepare columns in advance in templates

From now on you can also determine which columns are relevant in templates without participants. A new button has been added for this in the participants overview of templates. This way you can fully prepare templates, so that colleagues can immediately get started with the right information when they create a new meeting based on your template.

Clarification: personal column preferences

This update also makes it clearer that column preferences are always personal. The setting is now called 'My columns' instead of just 'Columns'. This immediately clarifies that you're only adjusting this view for yourself. Each staff member can therefore compile their own overview based on what they're working with.

In addition, the instruction texts on this page have been made shorter and more comprehensible, and several styling issues in the menu have been resolved.

Platform: recognizable relation type in dropdown

You want to create an invoice for an organization, but there are multiple relations with the same name in your platform. One is a 'Company', the other a 'Training Provider'. Until now, you sometimes had to come up with creative solutions to identify the correct relation, or you selected the wrong one and had to correct it afterwards. This cost unnecessary time and frustration.

From now on, you'll immediately see which <dfn data-glossary-id="1" data-term-id="relation-type" class="c-term">relation type</dfn> you're dealing with when selecting a relation. A clear icon next to the name shows whether you're looking at a person, organization, or another type of relation. This works everywhere you select relations: when creating invoices, linking bank transactions, and in the filters of Memberships and Donations.

This way, you choose the right relation immediately without detours or corrections afterwards.

Platform: archiving products instead of deleting them

When invoicing subscriptions, courses or events, you use products. These products determine, among other things, which general ledger account is used for the booking. Over time, you stop using certain products - for example, a past course type or an old membership model. Until now, you could only delete these products, which meant they disappeared from all existing invoice lines. This made your administration unclear and could cause problems when consulting old financial data.

From now on, you can archive products instead of deleting them. Archived products remain in all previous invoice lines, but can no longer be selected when creating new invoices or when setting up tickets for events. This keeps your product overview clear, while preserving the history of your administration.

An important benefit: the general ledger account settings of archived products are retained. These are essential for your memorial entries and ensure that your old financial data remains correct. If you later decide to use a product again, you can simply de-archive it.

You manage products under 'Products' in the platform. There you will now find the option to archive products and possibly de-archive them again.
