"We use almost all of Procurios' products," says Gieneke Flohr, data advisor at ChristenUnie. "We work with more than 500 local webmasters in the system and everyone can work with it. Once a year, I give them training on how the main products work. I can set what the local associations are allowed to manage from headquarters."

One of the major advantages of working with Procurios, according to Gieneke, is that you only need one supplier for all your software. "Because we now have all information in one system, much more can be done automatically. For example, contacts can very easily sign up for a newsletter on our website. They don't need to re-enter their details, and it's immediately recorded in the CRM that they've subscribed. I no longer need to worry about connections between apps and what might go wrong with them. That saves a lot of troubleshooting work!"
In Search of a Perfect System
"I really appreciate the organization and their way of thinking. As ChristenUnie, we're not always an easy client, we demand a lot from the system. But the Procurios team members always think along with us and consider what would be a good solution for me as a client. They don't immediately think about what would generate the most money for Procurios. But what I like most is Procurios' vision. They're constantly developing, improving products. They're in search of a perfect system. As a client, you can therefore suggest ideas for improvements to existing products or even help develop new products. Customization is always possible, so you're not stuck with certain standard functionalities. There are really no limitations."
