Procurios continues to search for a solution where others give up
The collaboration between ECM and Procurios is special. European Christian Mission was a partner of Procurios in building the fundraising platform. ECM was looking for new software for CRM and collecting and administering donations. Procurios was looking for a non-profit organization to create a fundraising software package with. Dirk-Bart Houweling, facility manager at ECM, says it was exciting for everyone: "We started in September and the system had to be finished by February. But we were confident that everything would be completed on time and would work."

"There are many advantages to Procurios' software. We benefit from the updates that Procurios makes to the system. If they develop something for another customer, we can often use it too. And it's nice to be able to make selections in the CRM ourselves, which works very easily and quickly." But what the software has especially provided ECM with is insight. "We can now make good forecasts of donations and provide the right people with information and analyses. Much more information is now available. This gives us more insight into our future income, allows us to budget better, and approach the right donors."
Everyone can work with it
Because Dirk-Bart himself helped develop the fundraising platform, he is very enthusiastic and can certainly recommend it. "Procurios is also suitable for smaller organizations. They often don't have money to purchase software, but Procurios is affordable even for small fundraisers. The system is very intuitive, so you can get started without much explanation. Of course, there's still work to be done on the software here and there. I can say this honestly and discuss it. They then look at it seriously and quickly search for a solution. The great thing is that as a customer, you can contribute ideas and indicate how you would like it to be. This creates a great collaboration."
