A system to work more efficiently
"Previously, we worked with numerous systems side by side that weren't coordinated with each other," explains Pascale. "Eventually, it became unmanageable to correctly register about 5,000 members."
"We were looking for a new system to work more efficiently—a solution that could integrate all our needs into one comprehensive package. A new website was also important to us. We wanted to take a new direction, and I believe we've succeeded with the new website."
Because it is one integrated system, far fewer mistakes are made

Willemsfonds uses various Procurios products. In addition to the CRM, they use Memberships, Meetings & Events, and manage their website through the CMS. Pascale says, "I love that everything is now interconnected. Because all products operate within a single system and work together, far fewer errors occur. The Procurios Platform is also user-friendly for staff, and our volunteers can easily use the system as well."
Pascale also mentions that they now communicate much more effectively with their members and volunteers. "Furthermore, Procurios has enabled us to evolve as an organization into a modern association. We were the first to implement an integration with the government's data registration system and a connection to 'Uit in Vlaanderen,' which is extremely important for us as Willemsfonds."
