Verso is the cross-sector employers' organization for the nonprofit sector in Flanders. The organization supports, strengthens, and unites nonprofit organizations through training programs, courses, webinars, and large events. With Procurios, Verso brought together registrations, document follow-up, and invoicing for all those activities on a single platform.
Training, courses, and large events
Throughout the year, Verso organizes training programs and courses for nonprofit organizations, both online and in person. Verso also organizes webinars and large events, like the gathering in Antwerp where this video was recorded. Registration for all those activities runs through Meetings & Events. Participants can sign up individually, but they can also manage a group registration on behalf of their organization, signing up colleagues for the event and indicating which workshops each of them wants to join, all in one go.

Everything on one platform
Before Procurios, Verso relied on several separate systems for registrations, participant lists, certificates, and invoicing. That led to a lot of manual work and scattered information. With the Procurios Platform, Verso now brings those pieces together. Meetings & Events handles registrations for training programs, courses, and events, the CRM keeps track of all relationships and organizations, and Finance takes care of invoicing, all from the same environment.
Getting documents in on time with Marketing Automation
Some of Verso's programs require specific follow-up on documents that participants need to submit. In the past, that meant a lot of manual calling and emailing. On the Procurios Platform, this now runs through an upload and download feature, connected to Marketing Automation. A participant automatically receives a set number of reminders to submit the right documents on time, without anyone at Verso having to track that manually.
'By using Marketing Automation for that, follow-up is guaranteed, and participants get a number of reminders to complete that step,' says Sven. 'There's really good communication: there are reminders, there are information emails. You're actually kept in the loop step by step.'

No more spreadsheets, more time for the core mission
Verso notices the biggest difference in its day-to-day work. Where spreadsheets used to be needed to keep track of everything, everything now lives in one place. Sven: 'Using the platform, we no longer have to wrestle with spreadsheets every day, because we find everything in one place.' That mainly saves time, and that time goes where it makes the biggest difference. 'The time we save is great, because really only a handful of people need to manage the platform,' says Riské. 'And all our other colleagues get the time to work with the organizations and with our participants. And that's exactly what Verso's core mission is all about.'
