No, not at all. You essentially have three options:

1. Move your website to Procurios: our recommendation if you want to get the most out of the integration between your website and your contact data. Our team of interaction designers is happy to build something that truly fits your organization.
2. Keep your current website: through iframes or an API connection, registrations and donations will flow directly into Procurios.
3. Choose a middle ground: for example, only host a campaign site or member portal with us, without moving your entire website straight away.

Every person, company or organization in your CRM, regardless of their role. So a member, donor, newsletter subscriber, event participant or company contact all count.

Duplicate relations count twice, of course. Our deduplication module helps you keep your database clean, so you only pay for relations that truly matter.

Through our import tools, and most clients handle this perfectly well themselves. You know best which data you want to bring over.

You do not immediately move up to a higher tier. We look at patterns, not peaks.

On the 1st of each month we determine the effective number of relations for the previous month. We do not use the highest number, but the number you stayed below for the majority of the month, measured per day. Had a spike for three days but then ran a deduplication? That peak does not count.

We invoice in advance, so if a difference arises we correct it with an invoice or credit note. We bundle these corrections and process them once per quarter, so no surprises and no pile of small invoices.

Practical example: Say you had fewer than 5,000 relations on 28 out of 31 days in January, but a peak of 5,100 on 3 days due to an import. Your rate stays based on the tier below 5,000.

No, archived relations do not count towards your rate. You can archive roughly up to half of your active relation count.

One tip: keep your archive clean regularly. Not just for cost reasons, but also from a GDPR perspective. That way you can be sure you are only keeping data you still genuinely need.
