You can easily import relations in the CRM. You can use a CSV file with certain columns to import your data.

With the quick search functionality, you can search for the right relation in a second. Configure which field can be searched upon too. E.g. when searching for 'John', names such as 'Johnson' or 'Johnny' appear as well!

With our practical search functionality you can easily search within your lists. You can also use an advanced search filter that allows you target specific relations.

Knowing when a member, donor or sponsor was in contact for the last time is incredibly valuable to your relationship. Important emails? A necessary phone call or a productive meeting? By collecting all these contact moments in your CRM your colleagues will always be up to date.

Create mailing lists and include the right recipients. Want to exclude certain relations? With a selection you can create a seperate group of relations and share it with your coworkers.

Our CRM deduplicates relations based on artificial intelligence. This feature recognises duplicates by using smart technology. It offers you relations that are possible duplicates for you to separate or merge. That allows you to maintain a clean database and avoid duplicate relations.

Functions allow you to link relations to each other. Keep track of employment and avoid mistakes when creating invoices or communication.

Financial information (open invoices, payments, donations) are an important part of your relation data. Several default integrations allow you to integrate your financial administration to your CRM.

Old relations shouldn't be in your CRM. Archive temporarily inactive relations or permanently remove old contacts.
