Procurios Donations is a module on top of the standard CRM package and costs from 20 euros per month extra. The total package scales with your organization. The system tracks outstanding pledges and alerts you to missed payments. Donors can adjust their details through their personal donor profile. This saves enormous amounts of manual work and increases engagement.
Donations streamlines donation processing from start to finish. Online donations through your website automatically enter your CRM and are directly linked to the correct fund, campaign, and donor. For donations that people transfer manually, you can automatically import bank transactions via an API connection with Ponto – giving you an up-to-date overview within hours without manual imports. You process all transactions in the system, after which you create exports or generate memorial reports for your accounting package.
